Our 90-day no-quibble returns

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 90 days of receiving it, for any reason. We arrange and pay for the collection of the item from your address. There are no return postage charges, no restocking fees, and no deductions of any kind.

You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of us receiving the item back, in accordance with money laundering regulations. We'll notify you by email when the refund is processed.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items 

If a product is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered when delivered, please contact us. We'll arrange free collection and offer an exchange or full refund — including any delivery costs — in accordance with your legal rights.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us before returning. We'll replace the goods or refund you in full, provided the fault is not caused by ordinary wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, customer negligence, failure to follow product instructions, or misuse, alteration or repair without our approval.

We warrant that the goods we supply are of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which goods of that nature are commonly supplied.

Gift purchases

Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order.

Substitutions

Sometimes manufacturer specifications change, in which case we'll do our best to offer a similar alternative. If we experience supply issues with a particular product, we may supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you're not happy with the substitute, you can return it under our 90-day returns policy. All sizes and measurements are approximate, although we try to make them as accurate as possible.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation right after delivery. Our 90-day free-returns policy gives you longer to decide and removes all costs to you, but your statutory rights are not affected.
