Delivery and charges

Delivery is free to most mainland Great Britain postcodes, with no minimum spend. A charge applies to Scottish Highland postcodes, including Highland addresses on the mainland, as well as the Scottish islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight. Enter your postcode at checkout to see the delivery charge for your order before you pay. The charge depends on your address and the total weight of the items in your basket; it starts at £19.99 and may be higher for larger orders.

Delivery is currently unavailable to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and British Forces Post Office addresses.

We make our planters in our Kent workshop and usually dispatch by the next working day. Standard mainland deliveries usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch. Highlands and island deliveries can take longer; the courier tracking will give the best available estimate. Orders placed at weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Bank holiday backlogs may add a working day.

We use DHL and DPD. We will email you when your order is dispatched, and the courier will provide tracking. Tracking may show The Hutch Company as the sender; that is the name our workshop trades under. For delivery questions, email hello@wooden-planters.co.uk or call 01843 263828.
